Dolveira Developments (Pty) Ltd proposes a mixed-use development at Avianto within several farm portions in Driefontein, Krugersdorp, Gauteng. The proposed development will consist of the following; a conference centre, sports training facility, office park, 450 freehold stands, retirement village with frail care and medical centre, shopping centre, school, equestrian facility, entry – level housing, cluster units, housing units, cross bridges on rivers.
