Conference Venue Equipment
The Banquet Hall
The hiring of the Banquet Hall allows for use of all facilities.
The venue hire of the Banquet Hall includes the following facilities in addition to our standard conference equipment:
Fully Equipped Kitchen, Podium, Fireplace, 2 Couches, Coffee Table, Fully Equipped Bar, Male and Female Toilet Facilities, Paraplegic Toilet Facilities, Full Lighting Features (with dimmers), Fixed Candle Features including candles, Easel for display, Air Conditioning System (cooling and heating), Private Patio, Fountain and Roman Courtyard (between Chapel and Banquet Hall)
The Ballroom
The hiring of the Ballroom includes the following facilities in addition to our standard conference equipment :
Fully Equipped Kitchen, Podium, Two Fireplaces, Reception and Fully Equipped Bar Area (including an additional Fireplace), Male and Female Toilet Facilities, Paraplegic Toilet Facilities (Male and Female), Full Lighting Features (with Dimmers), Fixed Candle Features including candles, Four Candelabras including candles, Under Floor Heating throughout venue, Easel for display, Private surround patio
The Fireside Room
In the event that the Ballroom and its attached facilities have not been reserved exclusively, the Fireside Room provides the perfect setting for a smaller conference. Unfortunately the hiring of this venue does not allow for exclusivity of the entire venue (including the toilet facilities and bar areas), but due to the nature of the design the Fireside Room does allow for absolute privacy. Facilities included in the hire of this venue, in addition to the standard conference equipment, are as follows :
Fully Equipped Kitchen (shared with Ballroom), Podium, Fireplace, Reception and Bar Area (shared with Ballroom), Male and Female Toilet Facilities (shared with Ballroom), Paraplegic Toilet Facilities (Male and Female ~ shared with Ballroom), Full Lighting Features, 4 Candelabras including candles ~ reserved upon request, Under Floor Heating, Easel for display, Private patio
Conference Center One and Two
The hiring of the Conference Centre includes the following facilities in addition to our standard conference equipment:
Podium, Male and Female Toilet Facilities, Paraplegic Toilet Facilities (Male and Female), Full Lighting Features, Easel for display, Private patio
Conference Center Three, Four and Five.
