THE BANQUET HALL

Rural classicism has never been captured in such an honest way as with the Banquet Hall. The intelligent design of the hall allows up to 180 guests from its minimum of 80 with round 10 seater tables and cream damask linen, all without losing the feeling of intimacy. The venue is totally climate controlled for comfort throughout the year, with a roaring fire for a winter function.

THE BALL ROOM

Avianto's stunning venue, the Ball Room, will have you overawed by reminiscence of the romantic style of yesteryear. The two winding staircases sweep down to the tables surrounding the wooden dance floor. Various seating arrangements give flexibility accommodating from 80 up to 270 guests with a dance floor or 300 without, with rectangular tables and white damask linen (seating 10 guests each). The magnificent covered patio is for your exclusive use.

FIRESIDE ROOM FOR SMALLER FUNCTIONS

Set up with round 8 seater tables and damask linen, the Fireside Room proves to be a beautiful venue for less than 80 guests, despite it not offering exclusive use of the entire building.

QOLF CLUBHOUSE

Avianto's Qolf Clubhouse has been labeled the Flagship of Qolf, the facilities include a clubhouse overlooking the qolf course with a patio, qolf bar and complete change room facilities for ladies and gents. Elevated above this overlooking the pool and qolf course are two small function rooms, a lounge and a supper deck with an open plan kitchen.
