“Avianto, it was just majestic, just love it. Johnson, was our co-ordinator and he was fantastic, very helpful. Queen, was the Maitre de that evening and she was excellent, she makes sure everybody is looked after. Food was fantastic I would recommend a sit down menu it gives your wedding that special touch and makes your guests feel special. Avianto caters for different budgets even for the sit down menu. “

Hi there Trevor and Michelle,
I normally do not send e-mails to the owners of venues where I hold conferences or team builds etc but I have also not had this type of good feedback from one of my clients in ages and thought that you should know how good your team Avianto is.
I am the owner of Highlands Conferencing and Events and I am also a partner in Hotelroomswaps.
On Friday - Nedbank (marketing department for the entire group) held its team build at Avianto. As I could not be there for the entire time (I had to pick up corporate gifts for them) I was a bit worried about how it was going to go, but your team handled it with exceptional professionalism.
Thank you for the Gifts that you guys provided for the potjie cook off and for the great experience that they had. They assured me that they will definitely use you again for functions and for Conferences.
Marlon suggested that I try Avianto and it was a wonderful surprise. I normally stick with what I know as service in the Hotel industry is not always the greatest these days. The staff at Avianto has proven me wrong.
You guys have take the saying under promise and over deliver to new heights.
I have only had one function with Avianto so far but if this is the sort of service that I can expect from you in the future I will absolutely be placing more bookings with you from now on.
With the compliments comes some negativity as well.

Just to advise that they are all raving about Avianto - only good comments. They loved the setting, distance from JHB, service, friendly staff and outstanding food - lovely and fresh. They loved the rooms and felt very spoilt - and they also thoroughly enjoyed the Qolf.
