The Great Arch Room is situated close to reception and is a wheelchair-friendly venue. The venue has a separate wheelchair-friendly restroom and can accommodate 32 to 80 delegates depending on the seating style. Tea breaks are served in the lobby outside the conference room. The Olive Room is adjacent to the Great Arch Room and is also one of the wheelchair-friendly venues. The venue has a separate wheelchair-friendly restroom and can accommodate up to 20 delegates depending on the seating style. Perfect for a small breakaway room. Tea breaks are served in the lobby outside the conference room.

These two conference rooms share a lobby and the Olive room is ideal for an organiser’s private area, a breakaway room for a private discussion that needs to be separated from the Main conference.

The Olive Room can also be used as a stand-alone conference room.
