Picnic Setup

The picnic setup includes everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable outing. It typically includes a picnic blanket, cushions, a teepee (or t-pee), a pallet table, and lounge poofs for added comfort.

Weather Contingency

In case of inclement weather, your dining experience will be moved indoors to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

Booking and Payment

To secure your reservation, it’s important to confirm and pay for your booking at least 48 hours in advance. Avianto uses a booking system called Dineplan for this purpose. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled picnic.

Larger Groups

If you’re planning a party or corporate picnic with more than 4 guests, you should reach out to Avianto’s coordinators for inquiries and arrangements.

SPORTS PARK & GYM

Nestled on the northern side of the river, the Avianto Clubhouse is an epitome of serene and outdoor-infused elegance. Accessible from a separate parking area on Villa Road, Muldersdrift, it’s a short and scenic walk from the hotel across a quaint bridge, immersing you in the embrace of nature.

WALKING AND RUNNING

Avianto Estate has a 2.5km and 5 km walking trail which is accessible from The Avianto Clubhouse. These trails are used for the MyRun on Sunday Mornings at 8 am.
The Clubhouse parking is accessible from Villa Road, Muldersdrift

The Fedgroup MTB trail network passes over the Avianto Property and can be accessed from The Avianto Clubhouse. For details on the trail conditions and permits can be accessed via the Fedgroup Trails Website.

It was our 2nd time at an Avianto Sunday Buffet and I must say this one was just as great as our first buffet experience there. I love spending time at Avianto and a Sunday Buffet is just such a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We will definitely be coming back for more this year. I particularly enjoyed the specific starters’ combination that was set out at this Buffet, almost all the options were delicious and exactly the right combination to entice our palates before mains.
