A wing can accommodate up to 20 guests (seated at separate tables)

Long tables can be made to accommodate larger amounts of guests. Details to be discussed when the booking is made.

The area upstairs work well for large groups.

A gardewn set up can also be done for groups for a relaxed outdoor seating.

This is the perfect place to host a kiddies party. Kids can use the pool and play area.

A custom menu can be made by choosing options from the clubhouse menu according to your personal preferences and budget. It will be printed for you on the day or you can choose to bring your own.

Guests can bring in their own flowers and decor.

No own music, PA system or entertainment is allowed, as these are public spaces and there will be other guests.

Please note that orders from the kitchen may take a bit longer to be prepared for large groups.

Welcome drinks and wine can be pre-selected.

Please see below our Winter and Summer operating times. If guests wish to stay longer, an overtime rate of R3 000.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged.The bar closes half an hour before over time kicks in. The venue can stay open until latest 21h00 and the bar will close at 20h30. Requests can be made when booking, if special arrangements need to be made regarding the time of your function. Please note that additional staff charges may then apply if it falls out of our standard operating times. Please note that the kitchen will still close at the standard operating times.

Please note that there is no additional fee when a booking is made at the Clubhouse Restaurant that has existing setups. Tables can be moved to accommodate special requests for your function. A service fee of R150 per person will apply if you require a special set up, which is outside of the standard Clubhouse set up, for example the grass areas, tables and chairs around the pool, etc. This service fee will cover additional staff for set up and
