We do not always open all our rooms for online bookings. Should the system show that we are SOLD OUT – please double check with Reception on 011 6683000 as we keep some rooms available for walk-ins, and bookings via telephone enquiries.

The Village has 30 luxury rooms and 5 suites. The rooms are all decorated with understated elegance and feature individual air-conditioning, room service, minibars, individual safes, plush bath towels and luxurious beds and linen. The Hotel at Avianto is set slightly apart from the main function venues. The communal nature of the village is designed to connect people for the duration of their stay.

WEDDING ACCOMMODATION

If you are a wedding guest at Avianto, make sure to book your accommodation in one of our Luxury rooms or suites. Special rates apply for guests that attend a wedding. The Luxury Room can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests and a Suite/Family Room can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Rates include breakfast the next morning.

LEISURE ACCOMMODATION

Escape to the country side for a quick breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easily accessible from Pretoria and northern Johannesburg, Avianto lies at the gateway to Gauteng’s Playground. The Cradle has an extensive choice of country leisure facilities, this includes game farms, trout fishing, the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve, Sterkfontein Caves and the likes which are located in and around the Cradle of Humankind WHS. Avianto is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Lanseria airport and 5 minutes from Cradlestone Mall.

CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION

The rooms are designed with careful thought to conference delegates allowing privacy when sharing, a coffee station, desk space and wireless Internet access.

Besides the tranquil Café Cielo coffee shop serving great food under the oak tree, Avianto provides the public a selection of dining facilities and picnic areas. At the Avianto Sports Park a variety of leisure activities are on offer including mountain bike trails, cross country running trails, tennis courts, squash courts, picnic areas, swimming pools, and sports clubhouse, all set along the meandering Crocodile River.

Café Cielo at Avianto will delight you with excellent service, attention to detail and tantalising dishes. Seated under the oak tree or inside one of the Café Wings, the fresh country air will make you feel as if you are in a different place. Leisure guests will enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in Café Cielo. Open to the public to pop in for a cup of coffee or a quick business meeting over lunch. Open 7 days a week. Café Cielo’s menu has been carefully compiled, combining flavours and colours that will burst in your mouth. Every dish is made with the freshest ingredients and prepared on order.

A Sunday Lunch buffet at Avianto offers simple, unforgettable dishes with a South African and European flair. Enjoy lunch whilst listening to live music by our resident musician. The buffet selection caters for everyone; offering a range of salads, vegetables, a carvery and hot dishes, and ends off with mouth-watering desserts. Bring the whole family and enjoy a day out in the Country!

PICNICS

Avianto offers various picnic areas in our mature gardens or picnic areas set alongside the Crocodile River, perfect for a small function or just for you and your loved ones. Bigger groups can choose to have a traditional picnic or a Harvest Table Set-Up. From a Luxurious Bespoke Romantic Picnic, book directly on the link below. As our numbers are limited, groups larger than the X 4 need to book through reception or make two online bookings with notes so that the picnics can be grouped together. Bookings are essential and need to be planned for at least 48 hours in advance.

We would really recommend the breakfast outdoors under the large tree.. it’s a lovely spot. And the staff are all very professional and friendly. The place is as lived up to be… ideal for a short break and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We live in JHB so going slightly out to the country was welcomed. On the property a restaurant. Secluded pool and stream was ideal for my 1 night 2 day break.
