The evening begins with a Signature Cocktail and Canapés, followed by a plated dining experience. Please select one dish per person from each course – starter, main, and dessert – and share your choices with your coordinator when booking.

WEDDING TASTINGS TUESDAYS
Our Executive Chef will personally dedicate time to bridal couples wishing to sample plated menu options.
On these Tuesdays, you’ll have the opportunity to sample four dishes per course from the plated wedding menu. This allows you to experience the presentation, discuss your menu preferences directly with our chef, and address any questions you may have regarding your wedding menu.
To make use of this opportunity, please book through your coordinator and specify which plated options you would like to sample.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS | Please note that we have limited space available for the tastings therefore it is essential that you book with your coordinator to avoid disappointment . Your selection that you would like to taste must be sent through to your coordinator at least one week prior to the tasting date. Please note that any cancellations within 48 hours of the tasting will be charged for and added to your wedding recon as all food orders will have already taken place. Kindly note that the tasting starts at 18h00 and the kitchen closes at 21h00. Drinks charged on consumption. Full bill payable at the end of the event. Regrettably we do not accept cash or cheques. Visa and MasterCard accepted. EFT by prior arrangement only.

Experience our signature Sunday Lunch Buffet Presentations- perfect for bridal couples looking to explore our culinary style before the big day. Enjoy a beautifully curated selection from our Chef’s Selection Buffet Menu, showcasing the quality, flavour and presentation your guests can expect.
This buffet is not limited to wedding couples – friends, families, and smaller groups are warmly welcome to enjoy a relaxed Sunday dining experience.
Please note that only chef-selected dishes from the buffet menu will be served during each presentation, and custom dish requests cannot be accommodated.
