Only couples getting married at AVIANTO are permitted to use the venue on the day of their
wedding for wedding photoshoots.
This is for the use of the Gardens and Hotel Village. Should the couple have a booked and
confirmed their wedding, a complimentary couples shoot can be arranged. Bookings are made

Terms & Conditions Apply: The Hotel is a QUIET AREA, and no loud voices, shouting is permitted
by the photographer or the guests. The Hotel occupies guests who are coming for a peaceful stay.
Photo shoots can only take place provided no weddings are happening on the day. A wedding
dress cannot be worn for a photoshoot. All Photoshoots need to be pre-booked and paid and are
subject to availability.
If you are looking for a photographer to capture your memories at Avianto we recommend our
in-house photographer, Nicole Moore. Nicole can be booked independently of the location fee.

A day-use room can be arranged in our Avianto Hotel. This dressing/preparation room can
be used to provide clients with a private space to change clothing, prepare and make f inal
adjustments. It is also very useful to safely keep any extra equipment. *Subject to availability.
