AIR CONDITIONING
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable. In our Luxury rooms, the control panel is situated on the wall next to the bed, and in our Suites the remote control is next to the bed on the bedside table

CHECK-OUT TIME
We request that you vacate your rooms by 10h00 on the day of departure, please hand your key to the Receptionist on departure. Should you wish to extend your stay or request a late check out, please contact Reception. Late check outs cannot be guaranteed.
KEYS
Kindly note that Avianto uses vingcard keys for their rooms. Should you experience any problems, contact Reception for assistance. A R50.00 key charge will be charged to your account if the key is not returned to Reception upon check out.

MASSAGES

POOLS
There are two pools at Avianto.
A small splashpool is located next to suite 35.
The 2nd pool is up at the clubhouse.
For safety, the pool is covered with a safety net Monday – Friday,
please contact reception should you wish to use the pool.
Our reception team will also be able to supply you with a pool towel.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
Valuables should not be left in your room unattended. A safety box is located on the bottom shelf of the cupboard. Please use the safe to lock away any money or valuable items. We regret we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of valuables.
SECURITY
We have 24 hour security patrols.
For added security the lock on your room door features a “Dead Bolt”.
AVIANTO disclaims any responsibility/liability for any loss or damage to such valuables whether such loss or damage arises from any cause whatsoever or by whomsoever.
TELEVISION
Your television set is pre-programmed and should not need adjustment.

All Suites have under floor heating, the switches are located behind the entrance door to the bedroom.
